    Your camera turns on and records as it should but if the rear screen remains blank , there are a few reasons for that.

    Most common fault is forcing sd card inside of the camera by mistake instead of sd card slot. That will cause the rear screen remains blank because when sd card gets inside of the camera, it will damage the LCD screen cable.

    This is a zif cable, which is a type of plastic and very fragile. Most of the time when sd card tear the cable and it can’t be fixed.

    Solution is replacing the whole LCD screen with new one.
